I had a delightful stay at this hotel, set in an old house converted into a lovely hotel. The rooms were exactly as presented in the pictures, providing everything I needed, and the location was amazing, just minutes from Ocean Drive and the beach. However, I faced issues with the payment method, as I had to pay in full with an extra $76 on a cancelled Wells Fargo debit card.
I found the hotel to be a mixed experience. The rooms were very clean and nice with a comfortable bed and a huge television screen, but they were small and unattractive. The service was kind and friendly overall, however, there were some issues with staff not being available at the front office upon arrival. The location was great, within walking distance to everything you would need, but there were some concerns about proving customer status in case of misunderstandings. The dining experience was good with a nice selection available each morning. The facilities were satisfactory but felt very dated.
